Becoming A Part Of The Kingdom

Welcome back to another week of the 8-week Kingdom of God Teaching Series. Thanks again for joining us. For those who may be joining us for the first time, we are happy to have you. Please be sure to go back and check out the previous weeks’ posts! Today is a brief post in which we will be indicating the way one can either become a citizen of or identify whether or not one belongs to the Kingdom of God.

Gaining any form of membership of  or citizenship for any group, nation or people requires a process that consists of certain requirements that must first be met. So too, there are things that needs to be done if one desires to be a part of the LORD’s Kingdom. While it is open to all, the necessary steps must be taken in order to gain access and entry into His domain.

Thus, in order to become a part of the kingdom of God, there are three things that must be done. You must:

  • Repent and be born again including being born of the Spirit
  • Have Faith – Trust only in the Almighty God and the saving power of the blood of Yeshua HaMashiach
  • Have LOVE

Anyone who accepted Messiah Yeshua not only as Saviour but also as Lord of their lives, who was born of water (went through the process of true repentance) and of the Spirit (went through a transformation of mind renewal) is of the kingdom of God. Without this, along with true and complete faith in the One True God and the possession love, it is impossible for one to become a part of the LORD’s Kingdom and to correctly and fully operate as a citizen in His domain.

Over the next several weeks, we will delve deeper into explaining the things that must be done in order to become a part of the Kingdom of God. Next Thursday, we will begin with repentance and being born again. As we are about to go into our exploration with the first step – repentance, what do you think repentance entails? What does it mean to be born again? Let us know what are your thoughts in the comment section below.

Thank you for joining us as we learn together and grow together. Let’s  continue in our exploration of the Kingdom!
